How to cancel
An authorized organization administrator may request cancellation by emailing info@cricorbit.live from the registered account address. Include the organization name and subscription or transaction reference. We may verify authority before acting.
When cancellation takes effect
Submit the request before the next renewal or billing date. Unless we confirm an earlier end date, cancellation stops future renewal and the service remains available until the end of the paid term. Requests received after a renewal has been processed are considered under the Refund Policy.
Data after cancellation
Public pages and paid features may be disabled when access ends. Before then, export information you need to retain. We may keep account, transaction, audit, backup, and legal records for the periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Organizer-run events
Cancelling a CricOrbit subscription does not automatically cancel a tournament, registration, ticket, merchandise order, or other arrangement with an organizer. Contact that organizer for its event-specific terms.
Our right to end service
We may suspend or terminate service as described in our Terms, including for non-payment, security risks, unlawful use, or material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
