These Terms form an agreement between you and CricOrbit ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the platform, you agree to them.
1. The service
CricOrbit provides tournament administration, registrations, scoring, statistics, public score pages, and related digital services. Features available to you depend on your role and subscription.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. An organization administrator is responsible for access granted to its users. Minors may use participant-facing features only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
4. Tournament content
Organizers remain responsible for team, player, fixture, score, image, and other content they submit, including having the necessary notices and permissions. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Prices, taxes, plan limits, duration, and included features are shown before purchase or in the applicable order. Access may be limited or suspended if payment is overdue. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
6. Scores and availability
Live scores depend on organizer and scorer input and may be delayed, corrected, or incomplete. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, security events, network failures, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect access.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, software, design, branding, and original materials are owned by or licensed to CricOrbit. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, or conduct that harms the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time; paid-plan cancellation is governed by the Cancellation Policy.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by organizer-entered data, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will publish the revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to you under applicable law.
