1. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact details; organization, tournament, team, and player information; registrations and uploaded images; scores and match activity; subscription and transaction references; support messages; and technical data such as device, browser, IP address, logs, and cookie identifiers. Payment-card details are normally handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored by us.
2. How we use information
- Provide accounts, scoring, tournament, auction, public-page, and support features.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the platform, and maintain audit records.
- Process subscriptions, communicate service notices, and respond to requests.
- Diagnose faults, measure performance, and improve features.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
3. Roles and public information
For organization-managed tournaments, the organizer generally decides what participant information is entered and made public, while we process it to provide the service. Public tournament pages may display names, team affiliations, player photographs, fixtures, scores, and statistics. Organizers should obtain the permissions required for publication, particularly for children.
4. Sharing
We may share information with authorized organization users, vendors that provide hosting, communications, analytics, security, or payment services, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information. Vendors may use data only to provide contracted services and must protect it appropriately.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, session security, preferences, and reliable operation. Where optional analytics or similar technologies are used, we will provide any notice or choice required by applicable law. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but essential features may then stop working.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type and organizer instructions. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, withdrawal of consent, or restriction of certain processing. Organization-managed data may need to be handled first by the relevant organizer. We may verify your identity and retain information where the law permits or requires.
8. Children
The platform is not intended for children to create independent administrative accounts. Where an organizer processes information about a minor, it must obtain and manage parental or guardian permission as required by law.
9. International processing and updates
Service providers may process information in other locations, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards. We may update this Policy and will show the new effective date on this page.
