Eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase if the service has not been materially used. We may also approve a full or proportionate refund for a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, a payment taken after effective cancellation, or a verified service failure that we could not reasonably correct.
Normally non-refundable
Refunds are normally unavailable for change of mind after material use, completed or substantially completed tournaments, expired subscription periods, unused time after a late cancellation, add-ons already used, or suspension caused by a breach of our Terms. This does not affect mandatory legal rights.
Request process
Write to info@cricorbit.live with the account email, organization name, transaction reference, payment date, amount, and reason. We may request reasonable information needed to verify the payment. Never send a password, OTP, or complete payment-card number.
Review and payment timing
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and communicate the decision within 7 business days after receiving the required information. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5-10 business days to show the credit.
Fees and currencies
We refund the approved amount we received. Foreign-exchange differences or fees charged independently by a bank, card issuer, or payment provider may not be recoverable from us.
