CricOrbit supplies digital services, not physical goods. There is therefore no product to ship back or physically return.
Digital access
If you purchased the wrong plan, cannot access the service, or believe the service was materially misdescribed, contact us promptly. We will review whether we can correct the plan, restore access, issue account credit, or process a refund under our Refund Policy.
Items bought from another provider
Hardware, merchandise, tickets, or other goods offered by a tournament organizer or third party are governed by that seller's return policy. CricOrbit cannot accept returns for items it did not sell.
How to request help
Email info@cricorbit.live with the account email, organization name, order or transaction reference, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or complete card details.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
